Mr. Ismael Byaruhanga

Research Fellow

Mr. Ismael Byaruhanga is a Research Fellow at IPAR Rwanda, he holds a Master’s of Science degree in Banking and Investment from Makerere University-Uganda. He gained teaching and research experience from the University of Rwanda since 2009, and also participated in the Staff Exchange program under the Inter-University Council for East Africa Lecturing in the International leadership University and prior to teaching he worked as a consultant/ or credit officer for Blue Financial services Ltd Rwanda for a period of eighteen months (18 months). He is a Member of Charted Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI-London) and East African regional trainer for CISI.
His research interests are in the areas of Financial Inclusion, Financial intermediation, Corporate governance, Organizational citizenship behavior, Public finance, Electronic Payment systems etc.
