IPAR is governed by a General Assembly and a Board of Directors. The General assembly is the supreme decision-making body of the institute. It approves the statutes and overall policy direction of the institute.
The Board of Directors oversees the implementation of the programs and activities of the institute, and monitors the utilization of resources. Its members representing a diversity of interests including the government, civil society, private sector, development partners and academic institutions.
