Ms. Annet MAHORO has a Master’s Degree in Development Studies attained from the National University of Rwanda. Thesis research title : “Understanding Aid dependency and Self-reliance dynamics in Rwanda. Annet has also a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in the option of Finance attained from the former National University of Rwanda.
Annet has 10 years overall work experience in different areas ; Research administration and Monitoring and Evaluation of donor funded projects, marketing, sales and public relations, Events coordination and good report writing skills.
Currently she’s a Research Administrator and M&E Officer at IPAR ; before this appointment, she worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director of IPAR and also as a research assistant on a number of projects.
Before joining IPAR, she worked with Horizon SOPYRWA as the Marketing, Sales and PR Officer.
