As an Accountant, John is charged with the implementation of the financial and accounting system in accordance with the financial procedures manual. He handles the day-today financial matters of the Institute. Prior to joining IPAR, John worked with Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) as an Internal Auditor. An Accountant by profession, John is a member of ACCA and IIA .
