Dr. Boaz Kibs Muhanguzi is the Director of Research at IPAR Rwanda since June 2023. He is an Economist with more than 15 years’ experience as Senior Lecturer at different Universities in Uganda, and over 12 years’ experience in research across different domains. He has published several papers along his academic journey, including Pensions and Timing of Retirement in Uganda with key focus on the Public Service Pension Scheme’. He holds two PhD degrees including one in Economics, and another in Management. He also a Masters’ Degree in Economics, and Masters in Project Management. He has served in various institutions at Managerial level for over 10 years.
