Dr. Radjab NYABYENDA is currently a Senior Research Fellow at IPAR-RWANDA.
Dr. Radjab NYABYENDA is a holder of Ph.D. in Economics in the area of Macro-Econometric Modeling. He was awarded a Master’s of Science in Economics ; A Post-Graduate Diploma in Finance, Management and Administration ; A Post graduate diploma in Stock Exchange, Foreign Trade and Exports Marketing. He was also awarded a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Economics & Education and Diploma in Geography.

He works as Senior Lecturer and Ph.D. Research Supervisor at Kampala International University (KIU) ; He Served as the Dean of the faculty of Education at University of Technology and Arts of Byumba (UTAB) ; He served as a visiting faculty at Auro University-Surat, India ; He is also an International Representative of Vanita Vishram Women University, Surat, India. He worked as a Senior Lecturer and Curricula designer at East Africa University-Rwanda and Kigali Independent University (ULK) in the school of Post Graduate ; He served as a Senior Lecturer, a Post Graduate (PG) Curricula designer & Theses External Examiner at Cavendish University of Uganda (CUU) ;

He also served as a Senior lecturer at Inter University Council for East Africa (IUCEA) for Rumbek University of Science and Technology, South Sudan (RUST) ;
He served as a Senior consultant at APPROTECH Porus Pipe PVT Ltd “Irrigation, Pest Control & Aeration” India ; He also has served as a visiting faculty member at Mount Kenya University (MKU) ; Visiting faculty at the University of Tourism, Technology & Business Studies (UTB). He has served as Director of Academic Quality and faculty at Mahatma Gandhi University-Rwanda (MGUR).
He worked in Central Government of Rwanda at the Ministry of Sport where he effectively participated in formulation of Rwanda Sport Development Policy ; Rwanda cultural and Heritage Policy as well as Rwanda Sports Law.
He also contributed to the elaboration of Rwanda Youth Anti-Drug Curriculum initiated sponsored by PSI-Rwanda in partnership with the Ministry of youth and ICT-Rwanda.
He has excellent record in Academic & Research field where he supervised many Ph.D., Masters and UG students at Kampala International University (KIU), Kigali Independent University (ULK), MKU, EAUR and UTAB. He has presented many papers in National & International conferences and Published papers in international Peer reviewed Journals and one book chapter.

He was awarded by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) as the Best research supervisor. One of his Papers was awarded as the Best Paper in National conference held at DBIM-VNSGU, Surat-India. He is a Member of Gujarat Economists Association, India.
